We don't give refunds, sorry. We count on you being there as much as other merchants. When you can't make it, we have empty spaces throughout the market and it doesn't look very nice. And you are also taking up a space that someone else could have potentially bought. Additionally, the admin/creative hours to find another merchant; that takes care and attention to detail, so it becomes a loss on our end as well.

YES. We start a three month event campaign at the launch of our events. We have and will been featured on various news stations and publications. We are continuing to run ads on Instagram and Facebook. We have banners, flyers, and all that jazz! For SGM: We have an outstanding reach of new and returning patrons and our merchants have huge financial success.

Once you submit your application completely and receive an acceptance email, contract acceptance (signing your contract) and payment are required in tandem.

The week before SGM market we will send out a final site map you can reference for day of set up! For other markets or events it’s dependent on the specific event.
